We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $45 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order and refund your money if the product is out of stock.

Cozy Heat does not accept returns, except as outlined below.
1. Limited Warranty
All products sold are warranted by the original manufacturer only to the original customers. Cozy Heat does not warrant products against defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise stated. Provided that Cozy Heat accepts the product for return during the limited warranty period, Cozy Heat may, at its option: (1)repair; (2)replace; or (3)refund the amount paid by customer. Customer must return the product to the appropriate location, as designated by Cozy Heat, shipping costs prepaid. Cozy Heat’s repair, replacement, or refund of amounts paid by customer for the product, shall be customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
2. Warranty Disclaimer
No warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than as set forth in the limited warranty statement above, is made or authorized by Cozy Heat. Cozy Heat disclaims any liability for claims arising out of product misuse, improper product selection, improper installation, product modification, misrepair or misapplication. Cozy Heat expressly disclaims any warranty that the products: (1)are merchantable; (2)fit for a particular purpose; or (3)do not and will not infringe upon other’s intellectual property rights.
Please check your local and/or state codes before purchasing any heating system. Not all heating, cooling, or plumbing systems are approved in all areas.
Cozy Heat is a national distribution center and does not guarantee code or insurance company approval. It is your responsibility to check with your local building code inspectors and insurance company before purchase. In addition, any exception that is allowed is subject to a 25% restocking charge.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Cozy Heat or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point, with freight costs and handling fees paid by Cozy Heat and charged to customer. Orders over U.S. $4000 before tax and freight (including any backorders) are shipped freight free. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for additional freight services ("Additional Freight Services"), including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S., or other special handling by the carrier. Any extra charges incurred for Additional Freight Services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier. |

| Cozy Heat reserves the right to occasionally substitute a product that is equal in quality and construction to fulfill a customer order. Any substitute order will be of equal or greater value. |

| Cozy Heat shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Wisconsin. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Cozy Heat shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Cozy Heat shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Cozy Heat shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
